Refund policy
Your Miller Machine is guaranteed for the life of the product.
I design and build every Miller Machine personally, and I’m confident you’ll be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.
To start a return:
- Contact me by email or phone.
- Include your order number and a brief note about the reason for the return.
- I’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
Once I receive the returned item, I’ll process your refund.
Lifetime Guarantee
The Miller Machine itself is guaranteed for the life of the product against defects in materials or workmanship.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or modification, and replaceable or consumable components such as beaters, latex tubing, and similar accessories are not covered by the lifetime guarantee.
If your Machine ever has a problem, contact me and I’ll work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow your payment provider additional time to post the refund to your account.
