Beater Upgrade Kit

The most requested upgrade to The Miller Machine.

Upgrade any existing Miller Machine to hold the new custom designed 5/16" solid body brass, or steel beater.

You'll also get all the pieces and parts you need to convert any original Miller Machine to hold the new beater.

I recommend brass for your Triangle Machine and steel for your Finger Cymbal Machine.

If you're looking for a brass option for your finger cymbal (or crotale note) try the Brass Ball Beater.

[Finger Cymbal Arm, finger cymbal, Miller Machine Body, mount, Triangle Arm, triangle, not included]

The Upgrade kit is tremendous! So glad to have beater options now, as well as extra ties in case of emergency. And I received my order in an incredibly timely fashion-no small feat nowadays. Thankxx so Billy Miller!

Incredible!

I’ve been using Miller Machines since 2015, and never hit a gig without them. An incredible piece of innovation that truly improves mobility within multi-percussion and musical theatre/Broadway setups. Billy is constantly upgrading and improving upon the designs—the recent beater upgrade is wonderfully nuanced. Thank you for all your work, Billy!

James! Thank you for this wonderful review! Billy

Beater Upgrade kit

I’ve been using the Miller Machines on nearly all of my shows for the last 10 years and they’re great products and are totally reliable. The beater upgrade kit gives you extra volume and tone and for me it has meant I never need to resort to using a heavier separate beater to get more sound out of the instruments. Highly recommended.

Great! Glad the Beater Upgrade is working out for you Tim, and thank you for the review! Billy

Beater Upgrades

I recently purchased the beater upgrade for both my legacy triangle and finger cymbal machines. The sound improvement is amazing with no impact to feel or playability. I also purchased the new and improved finger cymbal mount which works great. Thanks Billy!!

Brian, thank you so much for your review, I appreciate it! Billy

"Thankfully, the new beater upgrades arrived just in time to use them on this run!

I knew the upgraded beaters would be better, but I was really surprised with how good they sound! I still play the triangle by hand when I can for more control, but the sound between my Stoessel beaters and the brass beaters with the upgrade is nearly indistinguishable."
